Thank you so much for ordering from a small business ! You're supporting a group of six beautiful, hard-working Tooti Cuties. 

With that, we hope you understand that we have days off & we are not able to process orders on Mondays & Tuesdays (the days our brick & mortar store is closed.) UNLESS you e-mail us that you need a rush order - it is no problem for us to come in & make your dream arrival date happen, if it's within a reasonable request & you're willing to pay the shipping cost. Please message us before placing a rush order so we can confidently proceed fulling your dreams if we are able. (Worse case scenario, we're out of of town & can't - very unlikely we're all not here, but gotta mention the worst! )

Writing this breaks my heart because there have already been too many instances where we have to clarify that we are real people & we do our best to process orders the same day (if orders happen during office hours, 10a -6p Wednesday - Saturdays, 10a - 5p Sundays PST.) Orders made outside of operating hours will be processed the next time we're back in, but please allow package drop off at the post office 2 days, at the latest.

Getting these packages on the way to you is our priority & we are so grateful that you chose us over a big box shop. We want to be your friend ! ✿
